Pricing guidance for planning engagements
Figures below are starting points in Thai baht. Scope, bilingual packs, and on-site facilitation adjust the final estimate.
A tailored suite of demand forecasting charts for planning teams preparing S&OP reviews, board packs, and seasonal buy meetings.
2–4 weeks typical · Bangkok studio sessions and remote review calls
A facilitated half-day session that walks planning teams through seasonal demand curves, peak windows, and buy-timing implications.
3.5 hours plus prep · On-site in Greater Bangkok or hosted at Sipraya studio
A structured critique of existing inventory and replenishment charts with concrete redraw recommendations.
5–7 business days · Remote with optional Bangkok walkthrough
A longer engagement that builds a shared atlas of short-, mid-, and long-horizon demand views for recurring planning cycles.
10–12 weeks · Bangkok-led with scheduled remote checkpoints
What changes an estimate
- Number of horizons and exception ribbons
- Thai/English dual labelling across the pack
- On-site Bang Rak or Greater Bangkok sessions versus remote reviews
- Rush turnaround ahead of a fixed board date
- Reuse of prior Mindpathbase packs versus a first engagement
