Refunds & cancellations

This policy applies to paid engagements with Mindpathbase Co., Ltd. for demand forecasting view commissions, seasonal outlook briefings, inventory planning chart reviews, and multi-horizon forecast atlases.

Eligibility

Refunds are considered when we cancel an engagement we cannot staff, when prepaid work has not started, or when a documented scoping error on our side makes the agreed deliverable impossible. Change of internal priorities after kickoff does not automatically create a refund right.

Timeframe to request

Refund requests should be emailed to hello@mindpathbase.click within 14 days of the event giving rise to the request, and no later than 30 days after the scheduled delivery date stated in the estimate.

Full and partial refunds

If we cancel before work begins, prepaid fees are refunded in full. If work has started, we may offer a partial refund reflecting completed stages (discovery, drafts, revisions) as listed in the engagement letter. Completed and accepted deliverables are non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

• Deposits once discovery calls or draft layout work has begun
• Facilitator travel booked at your written request
• Third-party print proofs purchased for your pack
• Accepted final export packs

Process

Email hello@mindpathbase.click with your engagement reference, payment date, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days and state the proposed outcome within ten business days.

Processing time & method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days where the provider allows, or by bank transfer to a Thai account you nominate.

Cancellation & rescheduling

Briefings may be rescheduled once without fee if you give at least five business days’ notice. Later changes may incur a rescheduling fee of 20% of the briefing rate. Commissions paused by the client for more than 45 days may be closed; unused prepaid balances follow the partial-refund rules above.

No-shows & work already started

Missed briefing slots without notice are charged in full. For commissions, stages marked complete in writing are payable even if later stages are cancelled.
