Evidence from commissions and briefings

Planners describe specific packs, constraints, and meeting outcomes — not star ratings.

“Our seasonal buy meeting used to stall on which peak to trust. The commissioned views separated festival lifts from base demand, and the room finally agreed on timing in one pass. I still wish we had booked the atlas earlier in the year — the single commission covered the immediate cycle only.”

Nattapong S. · Merchandise planning lead, regional apparel · Demand Forecast View Commission

“The half-day briefing walked our buyers through cover weeks against the seasonal curve. Concrete, a little stern on our old slides, and exactly what we needed before Songkran stock builds.”

Aira K. · Operations manager, Bangkok wholesale foods · Seasonal Outlook Briefing

“They returned our replenishment charts with redraw notes that finance could follow without a glossary. Mild reservation: remote markup took a full week, so schedule ahead of board deadlines.”

Daniel R. · Finance partner, manufacturing group · Inventory Planning Chart Review

“Short- and annual-horizon owners finally shared one visual language. Meetings shortened because we stopped translating charts mid-discussion.”

Siriporn W. · S&OP chair, consumer durables · Multi-Horizon Forecast Atlas

Brief: rebuild four demand pages for a monthly S&OP pack after a year of conflicting category curves. Constraints: greyscale print, Thai and English labels, three-day turnaround on final revisions before the board date. Outcome: a reading-order pack with exception ribbons and a finance strip for weeks of cover. The planning lead reported that category arguments moved from chart literacy to buy decisions within the first meeting using the new pages.

Eight planners on site. We printed large seasonal sheets, marked school-calendar anchors, and ran a timed exercise naming one decision per panel. Follow-up: two categories requested a full forecast commission for the next quarter.
