These terms govern access to mindpathbase.click and engagements with Mindpathbase Co., Ltd. (“Mindpathbase”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or commissioning work, you accept these terms.

Services described

Pages describe demand forecasting view commissions, briefings, chart reviews, and related planning visual work. Published rates are informational. A signed estimate or engagement letter defines the binding scope, fees, and deliverables.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text, layout, and original imagery, belongs to Mindpathbase or its licensors. Commissioned forecast packs transfer usage rights as stated in the engagement letter; underlying templates and methods remain Mindpathbase property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or submit unlawful or deceptive form messages.

Liability

Demand views support planning discussion; they do not replace your internal forecasting models, audit opinions, or purchasing authority. To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Mindpathbase is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use or from decisions made solely on published examples. Liability for paid engagements is limited as set out in the engagement letter.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use or related engagements, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
